You, in Time

This is the poem that probably took me the longest time to write, inspired by my own favorite poem: "Exposure" by Wilfred Owen. In "Exposure", Owen uses slant rhyme to create a sense of dissonance and dissatisfaction. Reading that poem was when I truly fell in love with literature, and I sought to emulate that in this poem.
