Poppies; Sunflowers

Maybe one day I'll be able to answer the questions of why I'm so obsessed with flowers as a symbol in my writing. Until that day, enjoy this short story :) The inspiration comes from Hemingway's writing style (I really recommend "A Clean, Well-Lighted Place") and his style of minimalist writing that carries far more weight than it seems.
